You can use the calendar to schedule fun activities with others or things you want to do on your own. Scheduling self-care can feel difficult at first, because let's face it, there's never any time right? Putting it on the calendar really helps make sure that you make the time to actually enjoy yourself. You're worth it!
The self-care intentions page can be used to set either short or long-term goals you have in different areas of your life. It took me a bit of time when I first sat down to try and set some goals, (ok, you caught me, I totally Googled it), but I'm so glad that I did. There's some saying about not being able to pour from an empty cup and as annoying as I think it sounds, it's totally true. Even 15 minutes a day to start can make such a difference in your mood and outlook.
The daily gratitude log is pretty self explanitory. Write down something each day that you are thankful for. It can be literally anything. Today, I'm thankful for YouTube tutorials that helped me figure out these damn dynamic pages on here. Omg, so confusing when you're first setting it up. Worth it 100% though because these freebies pages are awesome!
