In Progress: Mental Health Printables

So far, you can check out my freebies here, and my shop here.

I have tons of ideas for printables that I can't wait to finish and get online for you to use!

Check out my ideas below:

Self-care

Self-care checklists, planners, and workbooks. Simplistic quick and easy free printables you can download and get started with right away. You can use more in-depth paid printables to improve your self-care planning and make it a priority in your life.

Gratitude

Gratitude practices. challenges, workbooks, and journal prompts to help you live life from a place of gratitude. Changing your mindset to focus on the things you have in life to be thankful for is in my opinion essential to improve your overall happiness. These printables will help you achieve that mindset.

Journaling

Journaling prompts, activities, and workbooks. Journaling can be a great way to brain-dump things that are spiralling around in your head and get more clarity. These printables will help new writers get started and help seasoned writers find new and exciting things to journal about.

Colouring

Colouring can be a very relaxing activity, and it can be done alongside other things like listening to music or watching your favourite Netflix show over again for the ninth time (I'm sure I'm not the only one who does this right?). These colouring pages will be for both adults and children so you can get your kids involved as well. I have many designs ready to go that just need to be uploaded.

Coming Soon: Mental Health Posts

Post topics will include self-care, gratitude, journaling, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and ADHD.
